SHF 0 Report post Posted March 28, 2013 HI Need help! It might seem silly to ask this question but my contractor says otherwise. Was wondering if its possible to stain a Burmese teak wood to a darker color?Similar to that of a dark chocolate.?My contractor say he tried his best and its not even 30% close yet! He also mentioned that he has done 4 coats and he can't promise to achieve what I want! Can advise if that is possible to get a darker stain varnish and what brand or type so I can feed info to this Alan contractor. Thank you Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
