Renovating A Resale 3 Room

I am very new to this Renotalk and is starting to enjoy this forum. Many are like me, when they need some infos like renovating a house, this website cannot be missed.

I wanted to know, if I have a budget of 25k to "overhauled" a resale 3 room flat, and I love those cozy and modern design, am I be able to fulfill my wish with this little budget? Thanks for any inputs ........

25k should be fine. o.o But depending on your requirements! My parents bought their own furniture, so saved quite a bit there. Hahha.
