Tau Interior Design Experience

Recommended Posts

Strongly not recommended. I felt that the attitude given by the contractor wasn't very right and tried to request to change a person in charge but was turned down. In the end, we have to accept the voiding of contract and lost part of our deposit for the things he claimed he has done.

Lesson I have learnt from:
1. Careful with contractors with few projects on hand, when they have more options their attitude changed and what is more they reserve the right to forfeit part of your 10% deposit by voiding the contract n nothing much you can do.
2. Discuss every details including drawers, cupboard with door or without in DETAILS before signing or placing deposit. Or request for detail design BEFORE signing.

3. Attitude. Patience in explaining.

4. If really have to sign with contractor, if possible, ask them to state a condition that if any miscomm or unhappiness, changing of people in charge is allowed instead of voiding the contract to save you from wasting part of your deposit!
