Standing Desk - Recommendations

Why standing desk?

This is a good readup (quote below) and I feel the same after a short stint with a makeshift setup.

I spend about 45 to 50 hours a week working on my computer. Up until a week ago, I did that work sitting on my ever-expanding behind. Last Monday I adjusted my desk to standing height (pictured right). I spent the week working on my feet, and I'm never going back to a sitdown desk again.

Need recommendations for a standing desk that is good without over pricey. Anyone? Send it my way!

If the ready-made is too pricey, I am thinking of simple DIY:

  Ikea kitchen tops are decent / reliable and cheap :
