Wow before sign or pay deposit can get all these free, see if the company has any fine print or there will be a long line of people ...madams and ah pehs queuing with any photocopied floor plans to exchange for free ipads. See if this Id would not go bust! Nothing is free and it is all costed into the project like any freebies, lucky draws, and who pay for these...Free drawings? It cost money to draw by id if they employ pinos or outsourced to drawing companies which many id do that. It is another marketing gimmick.

But there are a lot of firms offering free consultations nowadays. Are they really not to be trusted? I'm considering bringing my floor plan to scout for a designer this weekend. Now this makes me sceptical.
