most packages comes as toilets + kitchen .... so far, no "kitchen only" ... but i believe surely can customize to your needs.

average tiles prices range from $2.xx to $3.xx, then what about the kitchen cabinet ? solid top or postform ? kitchen accs like sink, hood, hob, oven ??

you have to know what you want before going around and asking, else you will end up more confused.

sink, tap, hop and hood I will buy myself as for the kitchen top likely i prefer solid surface.

full height build in wardrobe. how much roughtly for 4rm if all room are build in wardrobe?

my wife going to give birth soon thats why with 20k furniture and renovation all in.

mine new BTO is premier no tiles require.
