jerrick 0 Report post Posted March 1, 2013 Hi Guys,beware of service quality and delivery timing from univonna, Tradehub 21.i ordered my sofa with delivery said between 1st march 5-7pm.purposely took time off to wait for the delivery.at time of speaking, have no delivery notification call received.called back to the shop and seek the sale man, Walter for assistance.in return, he say " is okay is okay, delivery will be made. sorry, sometime delivery will get delayed"the last info i receive is delivery confirmed will be made around 9pm. most disappointing is to hear no apology from the sale man and explained that we should expected such issue.amazing timing when i have guest coming later.will suggest others to make purchase with them in partial initial payment.end payment upon receipt of goods.any extreme delay of service will have deduction of payment. I do furniture sales so I know.. customers spend a bit want cheap want green want big neh neh, when things go wrong scold u curse u..threaten to sue u.. like got president visit ur house.. all think customer is king.. be humble n learn to understand from ppls view.. didn't say sorry is wrong, but no need to cut ppl payment Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
