Popped by Expo for the electronics fair last Sunday to have a look at the TVs.

We have decided on a 55" TV and now is just deciding which brand and model.

Personally I have a liking for Samsung TVs. There are so many brands and models I dunno what to choose!!

Some of the price tags I snapped:

20130324_152430.jpg

20130324_152522.jpg

20130324_152414.jpg

20130324_152451.jpg

From what I understand, the latest is the 8000 series but that's too pricey.

And I don't think I can tell the difference between a 8000 and 6000 if I don't see them side by side.

Anyone knows why 7500 was cheaper than than 6800....?

Any views on Samsung TVs? Which model to get? Or some other brands which are value for money? :sport-smiley-018:

Go and buy LG. They have one similar to 8000. Plus better Panel.

SS is just overprice.

U need to plug in the wifi dongle to have wifi.

The more expensive one have wifi built in.

But I'm also not using the wifi dongle. No point to surf net on a 55" tv.. haa... overkill...

How much is the LG tv?
