My Pasir Ris Abode

Recommended Posts

font="Book Antiqua"]I've been a silent follower of the t-blog. And now that my home renovation is complete....I would like to share before and after pictures of my humble abode.

The whole process of getting our own home and the renovation has been long and tedious with many ups and more downs..So i'm really happy that it is all over and I can enjoy my new home.

Here are some before pictures of my pasir ris ea.

Ok now for the big reveal...post renovation pictures....!!!

Before that would like to continue to share my journey to my home.... I took FOUR years of house hunting...set my eyes at pasir ris but over the 4 years I did venture out other areas in the east and even punggol and sengkang. I even tried for bto and sale of balance flats...twice each..but all unsuccessful.

So i went back to resale market as was getting desperate...(growing family of 2 children plus 1 coming). But COV was still rocketing! Everywhere asking for at least 40K COV!!!

The finally in may 2012 I chanced upon this unit....exactly where I initially wanted....a particular area in pasir ris....cause i love the layout and environment.

In september 2012 i got my keys. In October the reno nightmare started!! What was suppose to be completed in 8 weeks...took 12 weeks (and up till today still some minor works pending)!

I moved in in dec 2012 when reno works only 85% done. So imagine living amongst dust and mess with ongoing reno works!!! :curse:

But all that is over now.....phew!!! :good:

Ok time to share some pictures of my humble abode......
