Can anyone advise if I can request to change my floor tiles that given by the private developer?

I do not like the titles that provided by the developer and was thinking of changing it to marble flooring, I was wondering how can I put up my request.

You can ask your conveyancing lawyer to write to the developer. Usually will give you a quote. Usually over price.
