mikesoonster 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2013 I would also like to give my feedback to warn about Hong Tar. When I installed my air cond, I laid new pipes for water outlet. Upon installing, these are the series of cock-ups that occurred. This was over November to this year.1. My home electricity kept tripping. Finally sourced it to a power point of the compressor, where the wire was not secured properly.2. Next water started leaking from 2 other units. They had to rectify.3. Next comes the worst. They connected the MBR air cond unit to the old water exhaust pipe and not the new one that they installed, leading to water leakage under my wooden floor and damage to floor boards.4. So, they had to hack my newly renovated house, raise the unit up on the false ceiling and connect the pipe to another exhaust pipe.5. Then the air cond stopped being cold. It's a problem about air cond fluid being wrong pressure/low and want me to pay for it!! After only 3 months!!6. Then the MBR air cond leaked again! and they are blaming it on old air cond unit and old pipes. Until I reminded them that this unit was only 3-4 months old and all pipes have been changed by them. Diam diam....7. Worst, when they serviced my unit during CNY eve, the workers stole my ang pao meant for my parents. I am currently in the process of making a police report now....In short, don't use them. Learn from my experience. Just a warning to all forumers.

lagacychaos 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2013 Hi mikesoonster,I think you should double check with the contractor before posting a review. The contractor might take legal action against you.
mikesoonster 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2013 The contractor is not even honoring their one year warranty and I agree, the only way to claw back my losses financially and emotionally is via legal means.
