The marble effect feature wall was actually not part of our plans. We wanted glass works and had trouble selecting the various laminates. He recommended the feature wall based on our overall concept and it did actually make the whole house appear opulent! The samples provided appeared small however we were very impressed and pleased how it turned out. My colleague actually commented how did I put the whole marble slab up the wall at first sight, lol. For yr info, they r reflective laminates and it does brightens up the living room too. Marble slabs would cause quite a dent on our pockets and not feasible Hi Berlinbear.I like your marble TV feature wall Is that made from pure marble slabs or laminates? White turns yellow/stains easily and must maintained more regularly. Black shows visible scratches clearly. Sounds expert, right? Just sharing my contractor's advice. Personally, used white top b4... Hence, cant give u the exact pricing as i am unsure too. The laminates sample shown to me appeared small and don't look nice initially. But, it looks amazing when fully pieced up. However, I think it's better for u to contact and get quote from him let him know the area, Benny - 96211167. Just let him know that u r recommended by the Jurong EM from forum. He has really helped us a lot with his knowledge and advice. I guessed passing his contact to those who might require his services is probably the least I could do. I was very demanding with my expectations and he has certainly lived up to them. Personally, I would be very stressed up if I am the contractor handling my flat's works. Heard from him that a lot of forumers enquiring similar reno works & quotes of our kind.
