rockyAtRenotalk 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2013 Hi there, We have a problem and we hope somebody could enlighten us.Our new home is an EM with a toilet on the first floor. It is a very small space and as such the previous owner used a L-bend for the WC. My question is, is this the only solution? Are there alternatives to fix this? I spoke to a knowledgeable gentleman and he said that the l-bend requires customization from the plumber. My ID, on the other hand, tells me that I can only buy a very small WC for that toilet. If you have a solution, please let me know! Thank you.Rocky
kooky 2 Report post Posted January 29, 2013 (edited) Rocky, I know P-type is most common. I am changing all the 3 WCs and noticed that the shop where I purchased the 3 pieces has given me S-type. I rang her up and she said there is very little difference between P-type and S-type configuration. I am not sure how true it is but my contractor didn't flag up any big issue so I take it that it can be installed in my toilets and the plumber knows what to do. Are you going to DIY?
