Good to hear that it worked out how much more was the seller expecting to get anyway?

We didn't get to talk about this cos the seller subsequently changed his story and said that he has a terminal illness (!) and an hour later, changed the story again (!). Think he watches too much of those HK family saga dramas, can come out with different stories that quickly!
