Hack Flooring/kitchen/wall Feature

Hello all,

Joining the club! Planning to Reno our place. The previous owner has been there for 12 years so everything old and tattered.

We want to hack the whole house (4rm, 101sqm) flooring,, except for the 2 bathroom. Remove the kitchen cabinet n flooring. There are two fake column (roman style) in the living room.

i'm going to call some contractor for quote but would like to find out from fellow reno talk folks their experience.

Anybody know how much hacking is going to cost? What does the cost quoted include/exclude? Also we are looking for contractor, do u have any reliable ones to recommend

How much does workmanship for tiling cost, any idea?

We went to balestir to look for tiles, all the shop ask about our ID, we told them we don't have one, they gave us a weird look. Is it not normal to not use an ID?
