Time Frame Of When To Engage An Id

Hi All,

I am getting my keys end of this year to our new house.

I was wanting to engage an ID to save some time and costs.

My question is when do i start looking for one and comparing quotes when my flat is only ready Dec 2013? Do they need to be onsite for quotation or can do long before that.

Also I understand they require the floor plan. What else do they need?
