Beware Of Snl Shelving Trading

Hi,

Anybody out there knows what happened to this company? I bought shelving from them on the 1st of January this year during the furniture fair at Singapore Expo & was told that it would be delivered last Saturday. Calls made to all their numbers including hp numbers were unsuccessful. & I am beginning to have the feeling that somehow I won't be seeing my shelving or my deposit back anytime soon? Another person who is currently having the same experience have already made contact with me. Anybody else having the same experience?

Thanks, I did made the check on the business reg. no. found on the receipt and the business entity do exist. But what irks me now is that they can now be found selling the same items at the same expo which is currently having a 100% Home Design 2013 event but not surprisingly under a different company name (I had checked that they both have identical addresses on their nearly identical flyers which I took from the previous and current booth). Unlucky for me, there was no one manning the booth and even after waiting for some time, still nobody turn up at the booth.

The name they are using currently is Matrixz Trading LLP.

Laksamana, the information you posted is not correct.

HERE ARE THE FACTS:

1. SNL SHELVING TRADING was a contractor of MATRIXZ TRADING LLP they are both different company entities, you can verify with www.acra.gov.sg

2. MATRIXZ TRADING LLP is purely a supplier of materials to SNL SHELVING.

3. SNL SHELVING TRADING used MATRIXZ TRADING mailing address but has since been changed as the tenancy agreement was not signed.

4. SNL address is now 174 Yishun Ave 7 #01-831 Singapore 760174
