I engaged him way before i got my keys. I got the bazi reading first and the rest will be after keys collection. Anyway, he is rather busy with some oversea trips, i also got problem getting hold of him. But he will get back to you once his free.

Yes, he did mention that but my thought is as long as the TV is not directly facing the bed I think it should be ok.

If really need to have one, he will think of a way. No need to build a sliding door, just use a cloth to cover it when not in use.

You mentioned it is either PVC nor wood so i suppose, it should be laminate resin similar to those use for kitchen top

I got it at $7 psf ( special price). Other HERF cost $5.80 to $6.80 but they are made of PVC as their main ingredient. So, I opted this for peace of mind.

Yes its very Ex but its the best...since i am overlaying to save time and money, this is the best choice. It is comparable to tiles but better than tile as it feels like wood without the cold feeling in the morning.

hi, nice flooring. does $7 psf include installation of this waterproof flooring? if not, how much psf you have to pay for the installation? also , is there any warranty that cover scratches since they say its scratch resistant ? thanks!
