The additional strip at MBR due to uneven of the tiles at that area. As you know I use overlay method to save time and cost, when the installer reach that area, it was found that the ceramic tiles is not level due to bad workmanship previously. Of course I would prefer join all the way but this part can't...

Yes it come with standard lenght and width...you have to do some trimming at the bottom if its too long. Check out their website for more info on the dimensions.
