hi, nice flooring. does $7 psf include installation of this waterproof flooring? if not, how much psf you have to pay for the installation? also , is there any warranty that cover scratches since they say its scratch resistant ? thanks!

Yes, $7 psf include install and lifetime warranty against scratches. :thumbs up:

Yes, the flooring is completed and i am very please with it. My reno is almost done...will post pictures as soon as I got time. :thumbs up:

Updates: Reno is done, actually before CNY...thank GOD. Can celebrate CNY in my new home...but still got some minor touching up issues here and there and my ID is rectifying this coming days. Overall, I give him 70/100...as I believe there are rooms for improvements.

Anyway, here's some pictures and pls forgive me on the quality of the pic.

lovely flooring. how come one door got the additional piece on top (in between the 2 types of flooring), but the other door dun have.
