myrick88 0 Report post Posted January 8, 2013 Ic....no wonder I got to wait nearly 1 month.I also prefer to have another TV in the house....if not, everyday sure fight over the channels. Haha..Hopefully he can give us some solution this weekend...i still tot to build a sliding door to hide the TV when not watching. I engaged him way before i got my keys. I got the bazi reading first and the rest will be after keys collection. Anyway, he is rather busy with some oversea trips, i also got problem getting hold of him. But he will get back to you once his free.Yes, he did mention that but my thought is as long as the TV is not directly facing the bed I think it should be ok. No need to build a sliding door, just use a cloth to cover it when not in use.

Richard Chia 0 Report post Posted January 9, 2013 Hi just wanted to check if the waterproof flooring is expensive? how much does it cost per square foot/ square metre?Hi, i am also staying in pasir ris 77X plus... I am also curious about the waterproof flooring and the cost ? You mentioned it is either PVC nor wood so i suppose, it should be laminate resin similar to those use for kitchen top
Z3phy 2 Report post Posted January 9, 2013 Hi multi888Is the flooring also known as vinyl tiles? it's rubber underneath and has a clip to connect with other tiles? If so, i'm thinking of doing this for my rooms.
multi888 1 Report post Posted January 9, 2013 (edited) Hi just wanted to check if the waterproof flooring is expensive? how much does it cost per square foot/ square metre?I got it at $7 psf ( special price). Other HERF cost $5.80 to $6.80 but they are made of PVC as their main ingredient. So, I opted this for peace of mind. multi888 1 Report post Posted January 9, 2013 looks very expensive. care to share how much it cost u per sq ft?Yes its very Ex but its the best...since i am overlaying to save time and money, this is the best choice. It is comparable to tiles but better than tile as it feels like wood without the cold feeling in the morning.
