After months of up and downs, finally completed the whole process from looking for a unit, HDB appointment to looking for ID and now renovating. Without further a do, here's my floorplan to begin with:

My Reno involve alot of hacking as I needed to relocate my MBR door which was at the living area. Due to the relocation of MBR entrance to BRm3, have to hack and build a new entrance for BRm3. This way will have more privacy when got guest visit.

Hacked a new entrance at Foyer area...

Create a New Entrance at MBR toilet, sealing the whole.

I will be over laying with this one and only 100% Waterproof flooring from Excel, it is not PVC or Wood.

So far so good...Jason will not ask you to hack this unless its really necessary. His package can consider all in one, from Bazi reading, furniture placement, color of walls and whole house FS audit.

How come you have your report so fast? I have my site visit on 15 Dec and is only getting my report this weekend wor.

I engaged him way before i got my keys. I got the bazi reading first and the rest will be after keys collection. Anyway, he is rather busy with some oversea trips, i also got problem getting hold of him. But he will get back to you once his free.

Yes, he did mention that but my thought is as long as the TV is not directly facing the bed I think it should be ok.
