hi .. been using bennington since 2005. model C300.

1. Installation is rather simple

2. Water pressure depends on your source. My home overall water pressure is quite low, so when water is use in common toilet or washer. The pressure in my MBR will be smaller.

Maintenance wise is rather simple. The first to wear out is the shower head and the vertical shower head bar. But these are easily replaceable buying from any DIY/Hardware store.

The lifespan of the heater tank has been going strong till now for me but the only problem I have is the PDFS (the device that controls the temp/pressure) It does not last more than 3 to 5 years.

Both my water heat from Bennington has PDFS replacement at least once each. My common toilet is not regularly use, so when my MBR heater faulty, I change common toilet into my MBR myself. Took the faulty one to Bennington and get it service which took them less than 1 day to fix. Recently the same problem occur but this time worst, water leakage from the device and have just change the common toilet (which is repaired) back into my MBR. Noting that all these while, the water heater condition still in good condition and water temp is good and consistent.

Bennington is my first brand and I thinking to use other brand. Not sure if other brand has similar issue.
