blue77 0 Report post Posted April 15, 2013 Finally back with updates, It's been a while and almost couldn't find my post....almost down to the bottom line, hahaha. Most of my carpentary are finished. Will show pixs la but pardon me over the protective sheet over my lamination as I did not take it down yet because afraid scatching it, then I will be heart-pain. The design of the carpentary are simple and for practical usage. But I must said that the ID's carpenter Uncle, the ID named him as his "KAI KAI" workmanship are good. I have to wait for this carpenter uncle to finish up on other projects, then he can do mine. So the renovation drags longer then usual but worth the wait. He uses his brain to work which I very happy about it. Now left some painting, lightings and doors to be installed and deflects to be taken care off. When is completed, I will upload the finished products. Here the images..TV Console in Living roomDisplay ShelvingKitchen CabinetMore to come...

Or who knows is for those easily scatchy type of lamination?dun think c/w the laminates bcos the sheets seemed cut to size... oso, carpenter needs to cut laminate (from one big roll) to size according to your carpentary dimenions. and when he pastes the laminates onto the wood, he will use a tool/presser to squeeze out any air (bubble)... so unlikely got layer of plastic sheet on the laminiates that will hinder such works... think really extra efforts by your contratcor!
