Then may I know which is the most ideal place to place those Hippo absorber? I tried putting them outside the toilet entrence, but my cleaner said it should be place inside the toilet, as that's the "source" for the moisture..

Actually i find that you can invest in a de-humidifier so you dun have to keep replacing/buying thirsty hippo again n again.... you can check this website however there is no prices think you have to go to their shop.
