momiji 0 Report post Posted December 28, 2012 Is this considered Dry lay? I did that too.This is useful if you want to see the effect of the laying of the tiles, e.g. if you have a rectangular tiles. From the pic, I see that there are some form of grains on your tiles, thus dry-laying would help the tilers as well as yourself to see and decide on the orientaion of the grain flow before the actual laying of tiles.
