kooky 2 Report post Posted April 30, 2013 Do you want Aluminium or Wrought Iron gate?We spent 2 weeks just googling to look for the designs. The husband and I are quite disappointed with those off the shelves design so eventually we ordered one that we like (with help of my contractor); we paid more as it is custom-made.I was told that the price ranges from $280-500 for normal designs gate. But it can shoot up to $600-800+ for a custom-made wrought iron gate.The price varies a lot, so it's better that you do some research on the type of material you like before you place an order. kooky 2 Report post Posted May 23, 2013 Yes, if you are getting the windows and grilles from the gate supplier, you do get a better quote as these are regarded as package deal.I am still trying to get the supplier to finalise my customised the gate before manufacturing it and installation; this man seems very busy! periwinkle 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2013 I just change my house front gate.. I use Ho & Ho.. not bad for the quality and cost me $380 total...Hope this help...
