Actually tomatolander, dun feel so dishearted. u must have love someting about the unit/location/view b4 deciding to purchase it. wats most important is u feel comfortable when u walked into it n like it.

How about thinking how to make better use of space within the flat? Vertically perhaps? Any recess area for purchase?
