bleucheeze 1 Report post Posted December 4, 2012 I've seen many wood kitchen worktop in those temperate countries' kitchen design, very nice I must say. But just wondering if it suits Singapore's climate and humidity? I suppose there will be alot water/moisture in the kitchen, will algae or mould grow on the wooden worktop? The current place I'm staying in, our bathroom cabinets are made of solid wood doors with plywood cabinet, and we can detect those mouldy smell, especially on rainy days.
