You can try contacting my contractor Chong @ 82888262 from Alliance Design & Build.

Not very cheap, but I feel assured as they can do payment with 10% on confirmation and balance on 90% completion.

If you have ideas on how your home design should be, please find a contractor. Cos ID would usually jack up high cost especially if its for resale.

You can try this contractor Ah Wong from Wai Yee Enterprise. He is currently doing my reno. Good value for $$ and service. I will be posting some of my reno when it completes next week.
