Excellent range of topics here and I thought I should come out and share my encounter.

Bought a 5 room unit in Marine Parade. Point block. Keys will be collected nx Monday and hacking to commence asap.... I appointed SKY as my ID. Not cheap I feel, but the consultant looking after our project is experience. We signed SKY purely because of this impressive consultant.

Some updates. Reno hacking started 12 Dec 2012. Its been 2 weeks. Progress is fast.

My ID has been immaculate in his work. Very detailed and on the ball. Extremely pleased so far with them. Just paid them up to 95% of the bill without hesitation as they have already won my trust and respect with their work so far.

I am only halfway through. Target completion is by 3rd week of January 2013.

This is the floor area that we need to level up. HDB has yet to give us approval even tho we had PE endorsements. Its 7 weeks and waiting for this approval. Fingers crossed.
