Concealed Water Pipes Damaged By Aircon Contractor

Hi,

Need some advice here.

My concealed water pipes between the common toilet and mbr toilet were damaged by aircon contractor.

Now only able to run exposed pipe and cover with trunking.

Can advice what is a reasonable amount of compensation i should claim against the contractor?

I think you should consider the cost to mend back the conceal piping. When you are selling your house next time. The new buyer could consider this as defect and demand you to replace the conceal piping.
