I bought a KDK fan and through Renotalk managed to contact Erik (Eric) for help with installing my fan since my electrician didnt have the confidence to install KDK fans citing issues etc etc. I felt I might as well get someone who knows how to do the job than to let my electrician do and risk damaging the fan. Erik came right on time as scheduled and expertly installed the fan in less than an hour. No wobbles, no fuss. He additionally took effort to explain the technicalities and how to maintain the fan.
