Hi everybody please help me to decide. I will be getting my resale 5 rooms early next year. The aircon contractor recommended I instal Daikin or Mitsubishi system 4. Will appreciate your feed backs. Water heater those guys at PUB highly recommended I instal gas heater, claiming monthly power bill will be cheaper. For convenience and ease to use, I thought electric water is preferred. Finally, any recommendation which brand of ceiling fan to instal? Will be glad to hear from Formers.. Thank you.

Mitsubishi have 2 brands, Mitsubishi heavy industries or Mitsubishi electric. Which one you mean?

As for heater, ask yourself are you going to use gas stove or electric stove. If gas stove then you can choose gas heater or electric heater. But if you want electric stove then better use gas heater. This is to avoid overloading your electrical and causes power trip.
