Lay new stainless steel piping for a 5 room HDB flat to kitchen and both toilets. Only need cold water pipes as I am using instant heaters.2. Installing 2pcs WC and 2 sets bidet hand spray.3. Installing 2pcs wash basins and taps.4. Installing 2 sets shower spray and 2 toilet mixers.5. Installing kitchen sink and kitchen mixer tap.By the way, for instant heater, whose job is it to connect the electricity to the heater? Is it the plumber or the electrician?Many thanks in advance!
