kennyhwx 0 Report post Posted November 27, 2012 Do anyone have experience with the digital peephole viewer/camcorder marketed under the "ominia" brand?From the item description I see that it has a voice message function which "announce" that nobody is at home and to leave/record a message.Can it be turned off? And reviews are kinda important for imported products since there is no way to get a look and feel of it physically.Features advertised also not sure if it works and how well it works.I read on the feature list that when doorbell is pressed, it will make an announcement to visitor/stranger that owner is not in and to leave a video/voice message.Wondering if that can be turned off/disabled completely.The auto detect function not clearly explained too. They sell you without a company nor warranty.All i can say it will have a limited lifespan for most China made product. They only works well during the trail but not long lasting.
