Why not safe? Got false ceiling to hide the cables I guess... Not sure but think should be ok. Have seen other ppl installed ceiling fan at their balcony

Haiku fan black or white can be gotten from Universal Union shop in Geylang

at 1.1k . Installation range from $100 to $300 dependent on bracket mount needed and whether you got false ceiling or not and depth of false ceiling.
