Oh I see.... No wonder I cannot recognize the nick. Usually those asked for Andrew number through pm, I sure can remember. ;)

I am sure all will be fine. Just tell him truthfully what you want/expect then he will so it for you. Just don't hint hint then difficult for him to know what you want.

pm-ed both of you. :)

Thanks May for replying to the requests. I am unable to monitor my renovation and t-blog during the week days. I put all my trust in Andrew because of my busy schedules.

Andrew contacted me on Wednesday to inform me of the delay in starting the wet work. He promised that it would not cause the delay of the hand over. *keep fingers crossed*

Anyway, met up with Andrew yesterday to discuss the progress of the reno.

The foyer with floor tiles removed:

Pipe changed at foyer as requested:

Common Toilet Tiles Up:

Andrew proposed making false ceiling to conceal the uneven wall right at the top. I don't see the necessity so turned it down eventhough he will not charge us for it.

Pipes in the kitchen which will be concealed by the kitchen cabinet in the near future.

This is a little damp right at the bottom, so, told him to have it change as I don't want any problem of leaking pipe in future.

We discussed the options of tiles at the corner joints for both walls and floors. Andrew was able to explain and show the various options. Didn't know we even have to make decisions for such stuff.
