Which Layout Store Room Wall Between Living And Kitchen Can Hack

Hi everybody this is my first post and notice that hacking of walls is everybody main concern, especially the wall between living and kitchen. Majority of threads here concerning hacking of wall that i read so far in renotalk prefer to have the open concept. Unfortunately a lot of them only realise that hacking of the wall is not allow after committing to the unit but its too late.

Hope to compile a list here to know which layout can hack. If cannot hack, engage PE whats the result and the total cost for getting the PE. Location also affect, because some said their location are built using prefab wall.
