Received very bad and very negative experiences from the salesgirl there.She doesn't know her products and services. She promote products which she is unfamiliar and over promised the renovation services while trying to seal the deal.My bad for not insisting her to state down all her promised details in the order form as she claimed all are standard services so no need to write down. I made full payment then (my bad again).When the products & services were delivered not according to the agreed deal (which she did not state in the order form), I called her to verify. She very naturally acted ignorant and replied that these services are not under her purview and she can't (and will not) follow-up at all.I spent addition money and time to un-do and re-do the renovation.Deeply regretted going to this shop!!!
