Hi, decided to share some pics of our renovated home. It has been 3 months since we moved in and it is only now that I had time to upload these photos. The budget for our renovation is 42k and it lasted for 1 month.

Our ID was Freddy Tan of Plush Living, we are really glad that we went for him. No problems with communication and he will work/suggest what is in your budget. If there are any concerns or additional stuff we want done, we can easily contact him and he still accomodates us even months after the reno was completed.

Laminated flooring overlay and repainting was done for the whole house. A new new feature wall was built for the living room. Ceiling fan, lights and wall mirror were not changed.

Shoe cabinet built, center compartment opens to the store room.

Kitchen wall was hacked to provide an open concept. Kitchen cabinets were replaced, wall tiles were removed and a center island was built to serve as extra work/dining area.

Guest room, wardrobe from Furniture mall, bed and matresses from Ikea.

Kid's room, bunk bed from Little Wode, wardrobe and cabinets from Ikea. Wall shelves were

unchanged.

Common toilet, changed all the tiles and fittings

Master's toilet, changed all the tiles and fittings

Master's bedroom, built a new wardrobe with sliding doors

i am trying to do something similar. Can advise the material use and cost ?
