Help Need Samsung 5230 Manual

Hi ,

Anyone can help with programming Samsung 5230 Digital Lock

Mine can register and open when i manual lock from inside but it does not auto bolt when closed.

Is there a need to activate the Auto Bolt function?

Help Appreciated...Getting a headache trying to get it to work

Sorry, couldn't answer you. But would like to check on how you bought your lock? Is it from Interlock or mydigtiallock, or from ebay, etc and got a locksmith to install?

You may contact me if your lock break out and need locksmith services.

Breaking the lock without warranty for rim lock would be $180 for non peak hour and $280 for peak hour.

My lock is working but does not auto bolt when I close. Manually turn bolt and use finger can open but the **** thing don't auto lock when I close the door.

Can u do programming?

I dont have the same exact model but no harm trying...

Did u install the magnetic sensor? U'll need that for the auto door lock feature to work.

Assuming u have installed it properly, press registration button followed by '4' followed by '*' to toggle auto door lock on/off.

Thanks to all for your feedback...

I managed to get it to work the bottom lactch needed to be recessed in order to activate the Bolt.
