Electrical Outlet Location At Study Table

hi,

can anyone advise where you location your electrical outlet locations ?

i mean, should be where you want to connect to your appliances but need some advise about the following

1 ) if custom built study table with top hung swing cupboard,

if the electrical outlet location put above table then can see all the plugs and if put multi plugs, seems to make the table top ugly and disorganized,

if put under the table, need to bend down and plug in your plugs, sometimes need to off when not in use, it is a bit of hassle,

applies to other places as well, do you install a lot of electrical outlets or just 2 or 4 in each bedroom is fine ?

I put mine just slight above the table height hence easily accessible - two gang plug.. I also bought the belkin surge protector with multiuple sockets which comes with a box hence looks nicely loh
