Jason Zhou From Loft8 (Ciseern)

Hi,

I am currently looking for IDs for my new 3 room condo and I went to the 100% Home Exhibition expo on Tues and Sat. So far, only one ID, Jason Zhou from Loft8, has impressed me as he seemed to understand my theme and some of the designs which he had shown me is in line with what I am thinking about. Anyone has engaged him as ID before? If so, how is his service and the company's worksmanship on the carpentry works?

The only thing I am not comfortable is that he asked me to put down a deposit for the package which they are selling during the expo and the company can't give me the breakdown of the indvidual items as they said that it is all in one package, which cost about S$14K, after 10% discount with a free item from OM.

The quote given to me was around S$22K as I wanted to add in change and add in certain items.

I will be sourcing quotation from other IDs but would like to hear feedback from others who had engaged him before.
