June 13 Report post Posted July 25, 2013 How was the unpackinv June? So which bed did u get?The lights doesn't match ur decor.. Hope it find a gd home soon!Hi there, unpacking has stalled!..Four more boxes left but i often get distracted by things like the tv and shopping for furnishings. I've been trying out my new oven too. So basically..i've been doing everything except unpacking!I bought the bed from Muji. Also hunting for dining chairs. Its so tough searching for industrial design dining chairs. They are just too expensive and limited in design. I found some overseas but the shipping cost is almost equivalent to the price of the chair.
ProjectH 0 Report post Posted July 25, 2013 Maybe can try taobao? Unpacking is boring! Shopping is more fun!
June 13 Report post Posted July 25, 2013 Maybe can try taobao?Unpacking is boring! Shopping is more fun! you will be surprised..but taobao is not cheap for industrial design furniture...after including shipping, its comparable to prices in spore.

June 13 Report post Posted July 26, 2013 Haha! I don't have expensive taste.. I have a budget too.. That's why take so long to hunt for best bargains and compare prices. My best purchases are actually my ikea sofa, my muji bed and my oven (all of which I bought at a discount). But it means having to wait patiently for sales to happen or for kind people to give you shopping vouchers as housewarming gifts. In the case of my oven, I waited six months before purchasing it at a big discount..My friends said I have limited money but lots of patience.. .. U have a great weekend ! (weekends are actually work days for me
