Hi Everyone I am new to this forum and hoping to get some info about ice price.com, their prices are quite good but I would like from those who have ordered Grohe or Hansgrohe products from them if:

1. Any compatibility issues for use in Singapore?

2. Any quality issues?

3. Are prices stated before or after VAT?

4. Any other concerns?

Hi, I ordered quite some stuff from them half a year ago. Maybe I will give my 2 cents worth.

1. No compatibility issue. All fittings is ok.

2. No problem for me. Ice price is just a dealer. They will get from Grohe and Hansgrohe and send to you.

3. Prices is after VAT from website before u register. If you register and put shipping address in Singapore. The price that is shown will be less VAT.

4. Be careful if you select those that are not in stock. They say 2-3 weeks to be in stock but I wait close to 2 months. Plus the shipping takes very long. So I took almost 3.5months to receive my stuff after placing order.

Other than the shipping. I'm pleased cos I really save a lot. Maybe u can go into my blog to see what I purchase.
