Hi all.

Beware of some direct contractor for your new resale house renovation.

About 3 month ago i engaged direct contractor to some basic renovation for my kitchen and toilet. After they hand over the flat to me . I had realise that there is water leaking from my toilet to downstair. I tried to call the contractor but these is no respond from them. Ended up i have to engage ID to redo the toilet for me. The ID service and respondabilty was really very good.

settle it within aweek.. cause of his good service and respondabilty i engage him to do a full renovation for living room and 3 bedroom.

Pricing - Not much different from Direct Contractor. Just to pay abit more for warranty & service.. If not, end up alot problem.

I had refer my ID to my Brother instead he trying to engage contractor. And i stopped him.

So please becareful of some contractor. HAVE A GOOD Renovation House
