innerlight 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2012 Hi , may i know what's the market rate for psf of Solid top and psf of granite top? And that of a china/korean quartz? I think i might have problems with my contractor and getting a refund from his quote (which i have already paid up in majority) in the event i use my own countertop if his recommendations are not suitable and he is supposed to refund me. And not only for the kitchen , he was supposed to provide me granite top for bathroom and since i needed white for bathroom vanity and granite is white-friendly, we can follow the same practice as above. But now he says his quote for his tops are very cheap. And i remember 1.5mths back when we talked about this issue, he mentioned his quote is based on the countertop rate i had mentioned to him. Anyone pls help? I need the market rate of above urgently. Thanks!

kon 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2012 i'm not environmentally friendly, but in my opinion, natural stuff will always be better than man-made stuff... you never know what were added to the "man-made" stuff despite all the claims... natural is good... though I don't mean to say man-made stuff is definitely bad (really depends on the circumstances, and more importantly, wallet size)
