he did give us good advice and recommendations on the reno design. so far we have issue with him. but reno havent start so cant comment on the work.

base on your pics i beleive you will have l-box at the living hall.

i calculate to have 17 lighting points.

i would suggest to do looping instead of re-wiring. this can save alot.
