After staying segar rd Bt panjang for 5 yrs. we decided to move near my in law place... YISHUN.

search around that area for 2 months and finally manage to secure a 12yo 4 RM which is only few blk from my in law.

we love this estate, near mrt, market/coffeehouse, park and McDonald's!!!

First Appt : 19 Sept 2012 1330pm - Completed

Second Appt : 01 Nov 2012 - Still long way to go

My floorplan... kind of weird layout with the 3rd room just beside the main door.

After spoken to few ID, our design is... hack the 3rd room. make more space for living room and a study room

Spent $1400 at HoeKee and SimSiangChoon last weekend... for sink, tap mixer, rainshower, mirror, towel rack, etc la... headache... faint liao
